  • The hotel calls the fake company
  • Evaluation of this conversation according to pre-defined criteria and priorities

 

  1. Written offer and evaluation
  • The hotel sends an offer to the fake company
  • KHC reviews and evaluates the offer according to the previously defined standards and specifications

 

  1. Follow-up
  • The hotel will call the company again
  • Appointment for a personal interview on site followed by a tour of the hotel

 

  1. Hotel Mystery Check by KHC
  • Mystery Check / Quality-Support-Audit (2 nights) based on the individually pre-defined test criteria catalog
  • Areas of concentration: Check-in, guest room, restaurants, bars, public areas, wellness area (if applicable), room service, check-out

 

  1. Face-to-face sales talk with Convention Sales Management on site
  • The personal meeting with the hotel will be carried out in combination with the KHC quality support audit. This meeting will be evaluated and commented on in detail

 

  1. Personal feedback on site
  • After check-out, the auditor identifies him/herself for a feedback discussion with the GM or representative. All documentary, images, test criteria catalog, comments and conclusion are immediately presented on the QCHECK platform.
  • After receiving the individual QCHECK access information, hotel management can therefore immediately follow up upon the entire MICE & Mystery Check and react to any deficiencies
